Mr. Surjeet Singh Rawal, the founder of Global Immigration, is a highly qualified and experienced immigration consultant in Montreal, Canada. He came to Canada as an immigrant in 1999 and has been helping immigrants with their immigration problems ever since. Mr. Rawal is originally from a Sikh Punjabi family based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

Mr. Rawal graduated in Law in 1992 from Aligarh Muslim University, UP, India. He began his legal career at the Punjab and Haryana High Court as a Bar Council Member after receiving his degree. Mr. Rawal has always been passionate about giving back to the community. During his early days in Canada, he started assisting immigrants with their immigration problems. Mr. Rawal made the decision to step up and act as an immigration counsel after closely seeing their challenges.

Mr. Rawal completed the extensive study and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in 2013. Since then, he has helped hundreds of clients successfully. Mr. Rawal is committed to providing personalized immigration solutions to his clients and ensuring that they have the best chance of success. He has helped clients with all types of immigration matters majoring in refugee claims.

In addition to his Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant designation, Mr. Rawal passed the additional specialization exam required by the Canadian government as a requirement to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) on July 14, 2022, earning the designation of RCIC-IRB. This designation allows Mr. Rawal to represent his clients before the IRB with an even higher level of expertise.
